Can I choose the server model?
Yes you can choose the server model if you require a specific model/brand/cpu.
How do I use the package?
Typical configurations use a VPN connection for security and whatever cloud platform you require. DataCity staff is certified in VMware products so VMware vSphere is recommended.
Can I bring my own hardware to add on?
We can allocate additional rack space for you to put whatever you need in your rack.
Is offsite backup an option?
Offsite Backup and Replication is available in 4 different remote location. Contact us for custom quote.
What about licensing Windows?
We do not provide windows licensing but this dedicated package meets Microsoft guidelines for direct licensing.
What happens with upgrades?
Our Private Cloud includes a 2 and 4 year hardware refresh so you never need to worry about upgrades.
How does the backup work?
You can use any backup software you like but we recommend Veeam Backup
